An online app for running a music school: lesson scheduling, students and teachers, attendance, invoices and payments, and a portal for students. Every school starts free and upgrades only when it has more students.

What every plan includes

• A calendar of lessons across studios, with no double bookings
• Students, teachers, attendance and student progress
• Invoices, payments and credit, with reminders by email
• A portal where students see their lessons and bills and ask for lesson times
• As many studios, teachers and administrators as the school needs

Active students

• Plans count active students. A student you no longer teach can be set to Inactive: their lessons, invoices and payments stay on record and don't count toward the plan.
• Only active students can be scheduled. Setting a student to Inactive cancels their upcoming lessons.

How paying works

• Prices are in Philippine pesos, charged monthly in advance.
• Studio, Academy and Max are paid online, a month at a time, through PayMongo, a licensed Philippine payment company: GCash, Maya, card, QR Ph or online banking, in pesos. You enter your payment details on PayMongo's page; we never see them. Nothing is charged automatically: you pay each month yourself, and we remind you before it's due. GCash or bank transfer straight to us also works.
• A school's administrator changes the plan in the app, under Settings → Subscription. Paying for the plan you have adds a month after your paid time; paying for another plan starts it the day you pay (time left on the old plan isn't carried over; ask us before changing if you'd like it credited).
• Stop at any time by choosing Free, or simply by not paying the next month. There is no cancellation fee.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy; the full conditions are in our Terms of use.

Getting started

To set up your school on the Free plan, email alwin@violinist.live with your school's name. We create the school and send its administrator an invitation to sign in.
