Refund policy

This policy covers subscription payments that music schools make for Music School Scheduler, the app provided by Alwin Dawon - Violinist. Payments that students make to their own school are between the student and the school: ask the school about those.
Free plan first
Every school starts on the Free plan, with nothing to pay and no card needed, and can stay on it for as long as it fits. Upgrade to a paid plan only when you're sure the app suits your school.
Monthly subscriptions
- Paid plans are paid in advance, one or more months at a time, online through PayMongo or by GCash or bank transfer. A month that has already started isn't refunded, and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
- To stop, choose Free in Settings → Subscription, or don't pay the next month. Nothing is charged automatically, and there's no cancellation fee.
- Paying for another plan starts it the day you pay; time left on the old plan isn't refunded. Ask us before changing if you'd like it credited instead.
- If you paid for several months at once, you can ask for a refund of the whole months that haven't started yet.
Mistakes and problems on our side
- If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund the difference in full.
- If the app was unavailable for more than 3 days in a row because of a problem on our side, ask us and we'll add the lost days to your subscription or refund them.
How to ask
Email alwin@violinist.live from your school administrator's email address, with your school's name and our receipt number (R-…). We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back the way you paid, within 7 working days of approval: online payments are refunded through PayMongo to the same card or e-wallet (your bank may take a few more days to show it), and GCash or bank transfer payments by the same method.
